East County Aztecs 13U collected eight hits, but East County Aztecs 13U fell 15-5 to RIP at Sportsplex Miller Field on Sunday.

The Aztecs ended up on the wrong side of the decision, allowing nine runs in one inning. East County Aztecs 13U jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the second.A single by Cameron Kane, scoring Brandon Glowacki started the inning off.

The scoreboard lit up again for East County Aztecs 13U when Kane scored on an RBI single by Timothy Hsiao. The lead stayed with RIP after the fourth, when it scored nine runs on a two-run double by #1, a sacrifice fly by #2, an RBI single by #5, and a three-run triple by #24.

Two East County Aztecs 13U runs crossed the plate in the top half of the fifth, making the score 12-5. An RBI single by Sean McGrew and an RBI single by Ben Sampson gave East County Aztecs 13U life. RIP closed the game out when #99 got Brandon to strike out.

CA Lookouts 13U Black and East County Aztecs 13U tie CA Lookouts 13U Black and East County Aztecs 13U played to a 10-10 tie on Saturday at Poway Sportsplex Coors.

East County Aztecs 13U was led by a flawless day at the dish by Sean McGrew, who went 4-4 against CA Lookouts 13U Black's pitching. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the first, third, and seventh innings.

The top of the second saw East County Aztecs 13U take an early lead, 1-0. East County Aztecs 13U got things going when Star Iuli singled. A single by Cameron Kane then moved Star from first to third. CA Lookouts 13U Black quickly matched East County Aztecs 13U's strong inning with a one-run inning of its own in the second.

CA Lookouts 13U Black scored on an RBI single by #5. East County Aztecs 13U posted two runs in each of the third, fifth and sixth. In the third, East County Aztecs 13U scored on an RBI double by Cole Reynolds, scoring Sean McGrew. It didn't take long for CA Lookouts 13U Black to answer as it scored two runs of its own in the sixth. CA Lookouts 13U Black scored on a passed ball and a sacrifice fly by #3.

 Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Saturday as East County Aztecs 13U outscored Scrips Ranch Renegades 16-9 in five innings. The two teams combined for 19 hits in the game. The offense exploded for the East County Aztecs 13U in the second. East County Aztecs 13U's bats caught fire leading to nine runs. Sean Iverson racked up three RBIs on two hits for East County Aztecs 13U. He singled in the third and fifth innings. Cameron Kane got the win for East County Aztecs 13U despite allowing six runs over two innings. Cameron Kane struck out one, walked one and gave up six hits. In the bottom of the first, Scrips Ranch Renegades grabbed the early lead, 2-0. A single by #2, scoring #1 started the inning off. Scrips Ranch Renegades then tacked on more runs when scored on a groundout by #11. Four runs in the bottom of the third helped Scrips Ranch Renegades close its deficit to 10-7. An error, a two-run double by #19, and an error fueled Scrips Ranch Renegades' comeback. #8 to end the Scrips Ranch Renegades threat. After pushing across two runs in the bottom of the fourth, Scrips Ranch Renegades faced just a 10-9 deficit. An RBI double by #22 and a sacrifice fly by #11 set off Scrips Ranch Renegades rally. Finally, Cameron Kane induced an inning-ending ground out from #27. East County Aztecs 13U added six more runs in the top of the fifth. East County Aztecs 13U jumps onHustle Baseball Academy early and coasts to 10-1 win

East County Aztecs 13U jumped out to an early lead on Hustle Baseball Academy and captured a 10-1 victory on Sunday at Poway Sportsplex.

The game was decided quickly as East County Aztecs 13U exerted its will early with seven runs in the first three innings.

An RBI single by Ben Sampson, and a passed ball during the first inning and an RBI single by Dominic Donofrio, an RBI double by Sean McGrew, and an error in the second inning helped East County Aztecs 13U put some runs on the board early.

East County Aztecs 13U was led by a flawless day at the dish by Dominic, who went 3-3 against Hustle Baseball Academy's pitching.

Hustle Baseball Academy couldn't get anything going so long as Cole was on the hill. Hustle Baseball Academy managed just three hits off of the East County Aztecs 13U's pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out four during his five innings of work.

#37 took the loss for Hustle Baseball Academy. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked one and struck out four.

East County Aztecs 13U piled on three more runs in the top of the fourth. Tristan Taylor singled, plating Timothy Hsiao to start the inning. That was followed up by Cole's double, scoring Tristan and Dominic.

East County Aztecs 13U best Hard 90 Cycle Premier in shootout, 11-8

The bats were busy at Poway Sportsplex on Sunday, and when the dust cleared East County Aztecs 13U had an 11-8 win over Hard 90 Cycle Premier in six innings.

The teams combined for 23 hits, including eight extra base hits.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to seven lead changes in the game.

East County Aztecs 13U finally managed to grab the lead after a strong fifth inning. East County Aztecs 13U went up for good on an RBI single by Tristan Taylor off #13, plating Timothy Hsiao.

Sean McGrew put himself in scoring position with three extra-base hits for East County Aztecs 13U. He doubled in the first, third, and fifth innings.

Cameron Kane got the win in relief for East County Aztecs 13U. Cameron Kane pitched three innings and allowed two runs.

East County Aztecs 13U's Ben Sampson, Tristan, Dominic Donofrio and Sean McGrew combined for 10 hits and seven RBIs.

#33 was charged with the loss. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.

In the top of the first, East County Aztecs 13U grabbed the early lead, 2-0. Sean McGrew doubled to ignite East County Aztecs 13U's offense. Hard 90 Cycle Premier tallied one run in each of the first, third, fifth, and sixth. In the first, Hard 90 Cycle Premier scored, plating #20.

East County Aztecs 13U uses big first inning to beat So Cal SKLZ, 16-0

East County Aztecs 13U rolled over So Cal SKLZ 16-0 on Saturday at Poway Sportsplex after an 11-run rally in the first inning. 

Max Hageman racked up three RBIs on two hits for East County Aztecs 13U. He doubled in the first inning and tripled in the third inning.

Dominic Donofrio got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He pitched three shutout innings. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered two hits.

#9 ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed 11 runs in two-thirds of an inning, walked two and struck out one.

East County Aztecs 13U added four more runs in the top of the third. Max's triple got things going, scoring Dominic. That was followed up by Star Iuli's single, plating Ben Sampson.

East County Aztecs 13U drops 11-1 game to Chula Vista Greensox

Ben Sampson went 2-2 at the plate, but East County Aztecs 13U fell 11-1 to Chula Vista Greensox at Poway Sportsplex on Saturday.

Chula Vista Greensox didn't relinquish the lead after scoring three runs in the first inning when it scored on an RBI double by #26 and two singles.

Chula Vista Greensox added three more runs in the top of the third. The inning got off to a hot start when #26 doubled, scoring #16 and #43.

East County Aztecs 13U scored its only run of the game on an RBI single by Ben in the fourth inning.
